FC Bayern's routine 5-0 win over Viktoria Plzen on Tuesday took them into the Champions League record books. They're now unbeaten in 31 group matches in European club football's most prestigious competition - an incredible run comprising 28 wins and three draws. Real Madrid set the previous gold standard, after going 30 group fixtures without defeat between 2012 and 2017.
That's not all. Bayern's 10 successive group wins - including eight without conceding - is another competition best. It's a feat matched only by Real Madrid (twice) and FC Barcelona.
