FC Bayern gears up for NFL debut in Germany

A big sporting event is coming up and it’s also left its mark on FC Bayern’s facilities. Four days out from the first regular-season NFL game to be played in Germany – at the Allianz Arena in Munich – work has been under way at the German record champions’ training grounds to provide the Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers the best possible environment to prepare for their match.

The Bayern players were able to take a look at the changes at Säbener Straße on Wednesday, with Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and his teammates taking the opportunity for some photos. It’s where the Seahawks will hold their first training in Munich on Thursday. There are also excellent conditions eight miles away at the FC Bayern Campus, which is where the Buccaneers will prepare for Sunday. You can see in the images below what’s been done at Bayern’s training facilities.
