Bayern’s Noussair Mazraoui and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting have both played their final warm-up matches before the 2022 World Cup. Mazraoui’s Morocco got a 3-0 win over Georgia on Thursday, with the FCB defender coming on for the second half. The North Africans begin their tournament against Canada on Wednesday, 23 November.
Choupo-Moting and Cameroon played out a 1-1 draw with Panama on Friday. The Bayern striker featured in the second half and opened the scoring three minutes after his introduction. Cameroon begin their World Cup campaign against Switzerland on Thursday, 24 November.
