It's been clear from the start that FC Bayern are fully commited to laying the foundation for a successful second half of the season at their winter training camp. On day two in Doha, Julian Nagelsmann and his team were out at 7:30 for the first session, which consisted of running in the pouring rain. Three hours later, it was onto the pitch at the Aspire Academy. That wasn't all, though, as there was a third intensive session for the Munich men in the afternoon followed by some exercises in the gym.
After Dayot Upamecano had already joined the group on Friday evening, the other two French World Cup runners-up Benjamin Pavard, who took part in the afternoon training, and Kingsley Coman arrived on Saturday to great applause from their teammates. Welcome back, boys!
