A very special experience was in store for numerous members of the FC Bayern KIDS CLUB last week. On Thursday, 18 May, the families day took place at Sugar Mountain in Munich. In addition to mascot Berni, Manuel Neuer, FCB women's player Linda Dallmann and former FCB player Diego Contento also visited the kids.
The children had a lot of fun participating in a variety of activities, including testing their shooting power at the speed measurement stand or displaying their ball control skills at football darts. In addition, there were numerous other football activities such as a dribbling course, a game on the mini pitch or football tennis. At the painting stand, the kids were able to let their creative talents run riot.
The absolute highlight of the day was the visit of KIDS CLUB captains Linda Dallmann, Manuel Neuer and Diego Contento. The children were buzzing with excitement as the trio devoted plenty of time to answering questions and signing autographs.
The Special Olympics for people with disabilities will take place in Berlin from 17 to 25 June. FC Bayern is supporting the event:
