After meeting his new teammates in the morning at the performance centre, the 30-year-old newcomer took to the pitch a little later. Head coach Thomas Tuchel's squad were preparing for the DFL Supercup against RB Leipzig at 20.45 CEST on Saturday evening at the Allianz Arena. The men from Munich are aiming for their first trophy of the new season in the clash with the current DFB Cup holders.
