Bayern will play away at third-division Saarbrücken in the second round of the 2023/24 DFB Cup after the draw was made by former Germany international Shkodran Mustafi and DFB vice-president Peter Frymuth on Sunday evening. FCB had beaten Preußen Münster 4-0 in the first round the previous Tuesday to progress to this stage.
