Austria Konrad Laimer
Konrad Laimer scored the opener for Austria in a 2-0 victory in Estonia.

Konrad Laimer and the Austrian national team ended their EURO 2024 qualifying campaign with a win. Having already secured their place in the finals in Germany next summer, Ralf Rangnick's side claimed a convincing 2-0 victory in Estonia. FCB midfielder Laimer scored the opening goal after 26 minutes, with Freiburg's Philipp Lienhart adding the second shortly before half-time. Laimer came off at the break, and 2-0 was how it finished in Tallinn. Austria are top of Group F with 19 points after eight games, and although Belgium (17 points) can still overtake them, Laimer and Co are assured of their place in the tournament. On Tuesday, they take on Germany in a friendly in Vienna.
