
FC Bayern has been recognised for its outstanding service and customer satisfaction on home match days at the Allianz Arena. The German record champions have received the "Certificate for service quality in sport" from SLC Management in cooperation with SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS. The basis for the award is a comprehensive analysis of service quality at all fan and customer contact points, including through spectator surveys.
FC Bayern CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen and managing director of Allianz Arena München Stadion GmbH Jürgen Muth were presented wth the certificate on Saturday during the Bundesliga home match against RB Leipzig by Prof Dr Alfons Madeja and Maximilian Madeja, managing directors of SLC Management, and Dirk Lindemann from SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS.
"The award of this valuable certificate confirms our ongoing efforts and is proof of the high quality of our range of services and our constant endeavours to maintain and further develop these at the highest level," remarked Jan-Christian Dreesen.
