The fixture list for the 2024/25 Bundesliga season was released by the Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL) on Thursday, showing in what order Bayern will play their 34 league games over the next year. Ticket for all Bundesliga matches in the coming season can be requested via the ticket shop. Tickets will be allocated by lottery at least four to six weeks before the respective match.
Opener in Wolfsburg, first home game against Freiburg
A week after kicking off the season with the DFB Cup first round away at Ulm, Vincent Kompany’s team then begin their Bundesliga campaign away at Wolfsburg on either Saturday 24 or Sunday 25 August. The following week sees Bayern’s first home game as they welcome Freiburg to the Allianz Arena (30 August-1 September).
Matchday 3 takes the team to top-flight debutants Holstein Kiel (13-15 September), while Bayern take on defending champions Bayer Leverkusen at the end of that month (27-29 September). Early November sees a reunion with promoted St. Pauli (8-10 November), while Der Klassiker away at Borussia Dortmund is on Matchday 12 this season (29 November-1 December).
The final round of fixtures in 2024 are on Matchday 15, which sees RB Leipzig come to Munich (20-22 December). The new year kicks off with a round of midweek games that sees Bayern first go to Borussia Mönchengladbach (10-12 January) before reaching the midpoint against Hoffenheim (14-15 January). Wolfsburg at home then completes the week and begins the second half of the season (17-19 January).
Final day at Hoffenheim
The final home game of the season is against Gladbach on the penultimate weekend (9-11 May) before the campaign ends – as it did this past year – with an away game at Hoffenheim on Saturday, 17 May. All matches that day kick off at 3.30pm CEST.
The exact dates and kick-off times of the remaining matchdays will be confirmed at various points during the season, depending on European draws. The DFL will announce the details of the first few matchdays in the coming weeks.
