FC Bayern is delighted that it got to make its debut in South Korea with the ninth Audi Summer Tour. Our club has had an incredible time in Seoul. The people here have shown our team and everyone who travelled such warmth that we would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts: Seoul was a wonderful host.
We got to play in front of 63,500 fans at the World Cup Stadium here against Tottenham Hotspur as part of the Coupang Play Series, we had a training session in front of 10,000 fans, we were able to establish and deepen contacts with our partners in the South Korean football association, in politics and in business as well as in society, not least through our Youth Cup to promote junior football and our visit to South Korea's Homeless World Cup team.
It is said that the term ‘Jeong’ describes a characteristic trait in South Korea. It can be roughly translated as ‘solidarity’ or ‘community’. After our stay, we travel back to Munich with the feeling that ‘Jeong’ and our ‘Mia san mia’ go well together – you share emotions, you are united in a passion. We felt very much at home with the great people in South Korea – and we'll take that home with us.

FC 바이에른이 9번째 아우디 썸머 투어의 일환으로 처음 한국을 방문하게 되어 매우 기쁩니다. 우리 클럽은 서울에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 한국 분들은 우리 팀과 먼 길을 온 모든 사람들에게 따뜻한 환대를 베풀어 주셨으며, 이에 대해 진심으로 감사드립니다. 서울은 훌륭한 호스트였습니다.
우리는 여기서 쿠팡 플레이 시리즈의 일환으로 토트넘 홋스퍼를 상대로 월드컵 경기장에서 63,500명의 팬들 앞에서 경기를 했습니다. 또한, 10,000명의 팬들 앞에서 오픈 트레이닝 세션을 가졌고, 이를 통해 대한축구협회와 정치 및 비즈니스, 사회 전반에 걸쳐 다양한 파트너들과의 관계를 구축하고 강화할 수 있었습니다. 또한 청소년 축구를 촉진하기 위한 유스컵, 그리고 한국의 홈리스 월드컵 팀 방문도 이루어졌습니다.
'정'이라는 용어는 한국의 특성을 나타낸다고 합니다. 아마도 '연대'나 '공동체'로도 번역될 수 있을 것 같습니다. 한국 투어를 마친 후, 우리는 뮌헨으로 돌아가면서 '정'과 우리의 'Mia san mia’가 잘 어울린다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 여러분이 감정을 공유하고, 하나의 열정으로 뭉치는 것입니다. 우리는 한국의 훌륭한 분들과 함께 매우 편안함을 느꼈으며, 그 감정을 가지고 돌아갈 것입니다.
