Early Christmas presents with FC Bayern

Bright eyes among young and old, big and small, clapping Berni's velvety paws: n the week before Christmas 2024, FC Bayern once again gave people of all ages a few unforgettable hours with its traditional Christmas campaign. With red and white presents in their luggage and a lot of heart, the aim was to give children and senior citizens special moments, including visits to the Centre for Children and Youth Medicine - Munich Schwabing Children's Hospital and the Dr von Hauner Children's Hospital in Munich.

In addition to presents, FCB mascot Berni was once again joined by musician Amelié Haidt-Wotton this year to sing Christmas carols together. There was plenty of time for selfies, videos and big bear hugs. Days after the visit, the children were still talking about the ‘big bear’, who was able to put a smile on their faces, according to the employees, who were also delighted about the change in routine in the Advent season. A few days earlier, Berni's basketball buddy Ben had already visited the Schwabing Children's Hospital with the entire basketball team.

The visits were not the only Christmas activities organised by the German record champions this year. FC Bayern Hilfe eV also donated another 30,000 euros to the Bavarian State School for the Physically Disabled, employees fulfilled the wishes of children from Pfennigparade and much more.
