FC Bayern opens 18th pop-up store with exclusive merchandise in China

FC Bayern has been taking the passion for football straight to fans in China since June 2024 with an impressive collection of now 18 pop-up stores.

Spread across the country, the pop-up stores aren’t just places to buy things but also meeting points that underline Bayern’s connection with its fans throughout China.

Two new stores in Hong Kong

The store at Hong Kong International Airport opened on 21 January, following the store at Kai Tak Sports Park on 15 January. Both sites have been attracting excited fans ever since.

  • Wuhan: 1 store 

  • Chengdu: 2 stores 

  • Nanjing: 1 store

  • Beijing: 4 stores 

  • Shanghai: 2 stores 

  • Suzhou: 1 store

  • Luoyang: 1 store 

  • Foshan: 1 store

  • Tianjin: 1 store

  • Xi’an: 1 store

  • Hong Kong: 2 stores 

Highlights, including Giovane Elber

The pop-up stores score points with limited-edition products that combine local culture with FC Bayern, as well as exclusive fan merchandise that has been specially developed for the respective locations. The meet & greet events with Bayern legend Giovane Élber in Tianjin and Foshan were particularly popular and provided fans with unforgettable moments.

The successful cooperation with Tiger Balm also sets an example in the local market and adds popular products to the stores' range.
