There was good news on Friday ahead of the weekend’s big Bundesliga game away at Bayer Leverkusen as Alphonso Davies took part in team training for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury away at Feyenoord in the Champions League three weeks ago. João Palhinha was also involved in the final session before the team left for Leverkusen. The Portuguese midfielder has been out with an infection lately.
