Noel Aseko has signed a new contract at Bayern through to 2028. The 19-year-old midfielder will now also join Bundesliga 2 club Hannover on an 18-month loan until summer 2026.
Jochen Sauer, director of youth development: “Noel has developed well in our youth teams since coming to Munich and has been able to regularly impress in training with the senior team of late. He has now the chance to take the next step at a high level at Hannover. We’ll follow him closely there.”
Aseko joined Bayern at the age of 16 from Hertha Berlin. He made 22 appearances for the U19s, scoring one goal and providing two assists. The midfielder also has two goals in 13 games for the Bayern reserves. His first appearance for the men’s team came in January 2024’s friendly against Basel, when he also scored his first senior goal for the club.
