FC Bayern's 2025/26 Bundesliga fixture list released

Get your calendars out and mark the dates – FC Bayern’s schedule for their bid to defend their Bundesliga title is confirmed. On Friday, the German Football League (DFL) announced the date ranges and fixtures for the 34 matchdays in the German top flight. Ticket requests for all Bundesliga games in the new season can be made via our ticket shop. Tickets are issued by a ballot at least four to six weeks before each match.

Bayern open season against Leipzig

Six days after the first competitive fixture in the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup against VfB Stuttgart on 16 August (20:30*), head coach Vincent Kompany’s side open the new league season on Friday 22 August (20:30) against RB Leipzig at the Allianz Arena. A week later, the Munich men travel to FC Augsburg for their first away match (29-31 August).

Matchday 3 sees a reunion with promoted side Hamburger SV at the Allianz Arena (12-14 September). The home Klassiker against Borussia Dortmund takes place on Matchday 7 this season (17-19 October), while the heavyweight clash against runners-up Bayer 04 Leverkusen is set for Matchday 9 (31 October-2 November) in Munich. FCB’s final fixture of 2025 is away to 1. FC Heidenheim on Matchday 15 (19-21 December). It’s straight back into the action after the winter break with two games in a week: first VfL Wolfsburg visit the Allianz Arena (9-11 January 2026) before the final match of the first half of the season at newly promoted 1. FC Köln (13-15 January). The German champions then visit RB Leipzig for the return fixture (16-18 January).

Season finale at home to Köln

Following the final away match at Wolfsburg on Matchday 33 (8-10 May), Bayern welcome Köln to the Allianz Arena on the final day on Saturday 16 May. As usual, all the Matchday 34 fixtures will kick off at the same time of 15:30 on Saturday. The exact dates and kick-off times of the other matchdays will be confirmed over the course of the season and are largely determined by the fixtures in the European competitions. The DFL will announce the schedule for the early rounds of matches in the coming weeks.
