OBACHT: Our attitude – our approach!

FC Bayern sent out a clear signal at the start of the 2023/24 season: OBACHT, the German champions’ awareness concept, stands for respect, diversity and safe togetherness. A committed awareness team – consisting of representatives from the Südkurve, the Munich fan project and the sustainability and fan support departments – has been working continuously on the further development of the concept. The goal is clear: a safe environment for everybody at home games, events and in everyday life around the club.

The aim of “OBACHT” is to raise awareness for discriminatory, intrusive and transgressive behaviour – and to actively oppose it. It is about looking instead of looking away and a club culture that allows everyone – fans, players and staff – to feel welcome and safe.

You can always get in touch with the awareness team under obacht@fcbayern.com.

The trained awareness team is on standby on home matchdays: at the Allianz Arena and BMW Park – you can use a QR code or call to get in touch. The contact persons of the ASB’s crisis intervention team (KIT-München) are professionally trained. All reports will be handled anonymously and responsibly.

“OBACHT” is more than a concept. It is FC Bayern’s attitude. For tolerance instead of hate. For respect instead of exclusion. For a club that is a home for everyone.

The German champions support Project 658, which is dedicated to refugees and immigrants:
