The doors open, a soft knock echoes through the streets of Seoul and FC Bayern is right in the middle of it. On Hangeul Day, the holiday honouring the Korean alphabet, the German record champions and South Korean streetwear brand Over the Pitch are continuing their successful partnership. From 10 October, a brand new, jointly developed special printing will be available exclusively for the Champions League jersey.
It’s a really eye-catching design inspired by traditional South Korean door knockers in the shape of a dokkaebi, a protective spirit that guards the house and its inhabitants from misfortune. Just as Minjae Kim protects FC Bayern's defence. The look creatively combines South Korean culture with the role of the defender.

The jersey with the special printing is available online and in Over the Pitch stores – a must-have for all fans and collectors. The renewed collaboration also underscores FC Bayern's internationalisation strategy, which saw the club open a new office in Seoul this year and further strengthen its ties with South Korea. A real winner, not just on the pitch!
