The FC Bayern Doppelherz Cup was staged in Chengdu on 1 and 2 November 2025. The national fan tournament was organised together with partner Doppelherz in the context of the “FC Bayern Fan Club Annual Gathering”. 12 teams with players from 18 different fan clubs from the whole of China took part. The participants came together for a fan evening with dinner, raffles, prize draws and Bavarian games on Saturday. As a highlight, Claudio Pizarro took part in a round of mahjong and a panda quiz with tricky questions.
A match between legends and content creators was staged on the second day of the tournament. Among others, Claudio Pizarro took part. The FC Bayern Legend personally presented winners Mia san Shanghai with the medals. The live stream of the match had more than 750,000 views.
The national fan tournament is one of the most important fan events for FC Bayern fans in China and stresses the deep bond between the club and the Chinese fan community. It was a thoroughly successful fan event that saw Chengdu bathed in red and white, with the FC Bayern fans on site able to celebrate their passion for the club together.
