As 2025 draws to a close, we take a look back at 365 days of special FC Bayern stats and records. Read about the best achievements and impressive figures recorded by the German record champions in 2025:
1. Harry Kane & Co. come close to goal record
The FC Bayern fans had several reasons to celebrate this year, not only because Vincent Kompany’s team brought the Meisterschale back to Munich and won the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup, but also because they scored 107 Bundesliga goals in 2025. Only Bayern themselves scored more in a calendar year when they found the net 116 times in 2021.
2. Impressive run: FCB’s hunger for goals
They rarely scored just one goal. Michael Olise & Co. have found the net at least twice in 23 consecutive Bundesliga matches since the 3-2 victory over St. Pauli on Matchday 27 of the 2024/25 season, a feat achieved by no other team.

3. The Bundesliga’s most prolific team
The numbers aren’t any less impressive with regard to the current season. Kompany’s men needed only 14 matchdays to score 50 goals – a new Bundesliga record. Harry Kane scored Bayern’s 55th goal in the last match of the year at Heidenheim – another record after Matchday 15.
4. Double digits against Auckland
Munich displayed their hunger for goals in the Club World Cup in the USA too. The 10-0 victory over Auckland City was FC Bayern’s second-biggest competitive victory this century. Only the 12-0 win against Bremer SV in the first cup round in 2021 was higher.
5. Close to point record
Teams who score a lot of goals usually collect a lot of points. Munich took 87 points this year – they only took more on three occasions: 93 under Jupp Heynckes und Pep Guardiola in 2013, 91 under the Spaniard in 2014 and again 91 under Hansi Flick and Julian Nagelsmann in 2021.
6. Historic start
The yield in the current season too is more than impressive. FC Bayern took 41 points in the first 15 Bundesliga matches. Only Bayern themselves took as many in 2013/14.

7. Impenetrable defence
It’s no surprise that FC Bayern rarely drop points in the Bundesliga. Munich only lost one league match in 2025, a 3-2 defeat to VfL Bochum in March. It was only the third time the German record champions lost fewer than two league matches in a calendar year: one defeat in 2020 and none in 2013.
8. Strong on the road
Bayern went unbeaten on the road throughout a calendar year for the third time after 1986 and 2013. They took at least one point in all of their 16 matches away from home. Only one other club has achieved this in Bundesliga history: Bayer Leverkusen went unbeaten on foreign soil in 2024.
9. Top of the league throughout the year
Incredible: FC Bayern have been top of the table since 47 Bundesliga matchdays, a current record. For the first time in Bundesliga history, a club topped the table on every matchday of a calendar year.
10. Feeling good during the winter break
Bayern top the table during the winter break: Josip Stanišić & Co. gave their fans another gift then they won their last match before Christmas. Munich have gone unbeaten in the 41st consecutive last Bundesliga match of a calendar year, winning 27 and drawing 14. This run, ongoing since 1984, is another record.

11. Neuer chasing appearance record
Several FC Bayern pros set personal records in 2025. Manuel Neuer drew level with Eike Immel in second place among the Bundesliga’s record goalkeepers when he made his 534th league appearance against St. Pauli on Matchday 12. Only Oliver Kahn has made more Bundesliga appearances (557). Neuer now has 535 matches under his belt.
12. Olise among the top providers
FC Bayern have the league’s best provider in Michel Olise. The French wizard set up 18 goals in 2025, more than any other Bundesliga player. Only Thomas Müller and Filip Kostić (19, both in 2021) set up more goals in a calendar year since detailed data collection began in 2004/05.
13. Ever-present Olise
Our number 17 was the only FCB pro to play in all 34 Bundesliga games, registering the most minutes (2,566) of all Bayern players in the German top flight: an ever-present!
14. 14 goal involvements in 14 games for our number 14
Summer signing Luis Díaz looks back on a successful first half-year in Munich. The left winger was directly involved in 14 goals in his first 14 Bundesliga matches, scoring eight and setting up six. Only Harry Kane was involved in more goals in his first 14 league matches for Bayern (25) since detailed data collection began in 2004/05.

15. Kimmich sets the pace
Joshua Kimmich is our midfield general. The 30-year-old had the most touches of all Bundesliga players in 2025 (3,459).
16. Kane boasts the most goals
Harry Kane scored the most Bundesliga goals in 2025 (31), 11 more than Serhou Guirassy in second place. After 15 matchdays this season, our top scorer has 19 goals to his name – only Kane himself in 2023/24 (20) and Robert Lewandowski in 2020/21 (20) were more prolific in the first 15 matches.
17. Goal guarantee from the spot
When Harry Kane steps up to take a penalty, goals are all but guaranteed. Our striker converted his 18th consecutive Bundesliga penalty on Matchday 5 this season, setting a new record. Kane has now converted 20 on the bounce.
18. Kane delivers non-stop
This man is unstoppable. Kane was involved in his 100th goal in his 78th Bundesliga match at Heidenheim. No player has ever needed so few appearances to reach this mark since detailed data collection began in 2004/05. Historic!
19. Top scorer – twice in as row
Our number nine set yet another record this year. Kane won the top scorer trophy in 2023/24 and 2024/25, becoming the first player in Bundesliga history to be crowned top scorer in his first two seasons. Things couldn’t have gone much better since he arrived in Munich!

20. Cup expert Kane
Kane is well on his way to topping the scorer rankings in the DFB Cup too. The Englishman is the most prolific scorer on five goals this campaign. He scored all of them on the road – only Carsten Jancker in 1997/98 and Claudio Pizarro in 2004/05 (six each) scored more goals away from home for FCB in a cup campaign since the promotion to the Bundesliga.
21. Müller rounds off 500
Thomas Müller became the fourth player in history to surpass the mark of 500 Bundesliga matches for one club on Matchday 31 of the 2024/25 season. Only Charly Körbel (602 for Frankfurt), Manfred Kaltz (581 for Hamburger SV) and Michael Lameck (518 for Bochum) have reached this milestone. Müller went on to make a total of 503 Bundesliga appearances and 756 competitive appearances for FC Bayern, both numbers are records.
22. Top marks in Europe
Our former number 25 shone on the European stage too. Müller took his number of goal involvements for FC Bayern in the Champions League to 82 in the 2-1 defeat to Inter Milan, scoring 57 and setting up another 25, a joint record. Only Robert Lewandowski has been involved in as many goals.
23. Müller draws level with Messi
Müller reached another milestone in the 2-2 draw at Inter in the quarter-final second leg. The old hand made his 163rd Champions League appearance to draw level with Lionel Messi. Only Cristiano Ronaldo (183) and Iker Casillas (177) have made more appearances in Europe’s premier club competition.
24. Experience galore between the sticks
At 39 years and 174 days, Manuel Neuer became the oldest FC Bayern pro in the Champions League on Matchday 1 this campaign, surpassing Lothar Matthäus, who was 38 years and 353 days old when he made his last Champions League appearance.
25. Karl shines in the Champions League
Lennart Karl is one of the youngest players in the FC Bayern squad. It’s the forward’s first season in the pro squad, but he has already set a Champions League record. He scored in three CL matches in a row – at 17 years and 290 days, he is the youngest player in history to achieve this feat.
