From the 2026/27 season onwards, attending FC Bayern matches will be even easier: The German champions are switching entirely to digital tickets for stadium access. In the future, your smartphone will serve as your ticket – directly through the FC Bayern Munich or Allianz Arena apps. This way, fans will always have their ticket securely to hand and can get to their FC Bayern home games with even greater convenience.
All your tickets in one app – one platform, all the benefits
Once activated, home game tickets are displayed digitally in the app-based ticket wallet and can be conveniently scanned at the turnstiles at the stadium entrance. This allows fans to benefit from a single platform:
- All tickets in one place
- No more printing, no more paper, no more searching
- Access your own tickets anytime
Important: From the start of the 2026/27 season, PDF tickets will no longer be available. External wallets such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet will no longer be supported for stadium access and can therefore no longer be used – this will ensure a uniform, clear, and stable system directly within the official FC Bayern apps. As a result, many issues at the Allianz Arena – such as damaged or illegible tickets, duplicate downloads, and multiple printouts – will be a thing of the past.
Greater security, less black market activity
Digital tickets will provide greater transparency and security for stadium visits.
- Black market activity will be significantly curbed
- Counterfeit tickets will be effectively prevented
- Stadium security will be further enhanced, as access will be clearly and transparently regulated
Transferring tickets will still be possible—but only through regulated, fair channels: exclusively via the Digital Ticket Center (DTC) and the App Ticket Wallet, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. This will ensure that tickets are transferred only through official channels.
Sustainable: Less paper, more environmental awareness
By switching to digital tickets, FC Bayern is actively contributing to sustainability by eliminating paper use, shipping, and printing, conserving resources, and reducing waste – thus combining a modern ticketing experience with greater environmental awareness.
What fans will need to get into the stadium in the future
From the start of the 2026/27 season, FCB fans will need only the following to enter the stadium:
- A smartphone
- The FC Bayern App or Allianz Arena App
The tickets can then be accessed via the fan’s FC Bayern account. If the ticket was not purchased through an existing account, a guest account can be created to use the ticket (e.g., for forwarded tickets).
This will make entry easier than ever before – just open your ticket, scan it, and enjoy the game.

To ensure our fans are fully prepared for the transition, we’re supporting the launch of digital tickets with a comprehensive range of services, which we’ll be rolling out gradually over the coming weeks and continuously expanding.
