FC Bayern mourn the loss of Cornelia 'Conny' Doll, who played for the women's team at the German record champions from 1971 to 1988 and who worked for the club in various roles after her playing career. It has now been announced that she passed away at the age of 63 after a long illness. The Giesing-born player played for the FC Bayern Women's team in five finals for the German championship and was part of the first title winning team in 1976. From 1987 to 1991, the four-time Germany international also coached the FC Bayern Women's team including in the newly founded Bundesliga from 1990.
