Following Sunday's 2-1 win in the top-of-the-table clash against VfL Wolfsburg, there was a great atmosphere at the FC Bayern Campus as FC Bayern Women opened the doors of their training ground. In sunny autumn weather, over 200 fans took the opportunity to see the team training in person. They left with smiles on their faces and plenty of photos and autographs, with the players taking time for the supporters after the session. Mia, the FC Bayern Women mascot, was also there to cheer on.
Alexander Straus: "It's fantastic for over 200 people to come to watch training on a midweek morning. That shows the love that these people have for the team and the club, and we really appreciate that. Mia san family!"
Sydney Lohmann: "The open training session was brilliant. 200 people is a really cool number and it's obviously nice when you get a response from people during training. It makes it fun!"
