It’s farewell Anna Wellmann: The goalkeeper is leaving FC Bayern Women ahead of the upcoming season. The 30-year-old already played for the Munich side from 2016 to 2018 and returned to the FC Bayern Campus in the summer of 2023 after spells in Leverkusen and Potsdam. Wellmann made three appearances for FCB Women's first team and 14 appearances for the second team. In the past two years, she celebrated winning two league titles as well as DFB Cup and Supercup triumphs with the Munich women.

Anna Wellmann: "Coming back to FC Bayern two years ago was something very special for me. When I look back on my time here, I'll probably remember the titles I won. But I'll think more about the many wonderful experiences and the fantastic people I was able to meet - on and off the pitch. FC Bayern is like home to me and that will always be the case."
