FC Bayern Women full-back Carolin Simon tore her left hamstring in Tuesday’s UEFA Women’s Champions League game away as Barcelona, as confirmed following further examination after returning to Munich. Simon, who had to be substituted after 41 minutes, will now be out of action for several weeks.
