FC Bayern Women receive new Audi company cars

FC Bayern Women's team chose overwhelmingly for the new Audi Q3, Audi A3 and Audi A1 allstreet as they were presented with their new vehicles for the season. At a driving event at Lake Tegernsee, the players were able to get to know their new Audi models down to the smallest detail. It's a partnership that benefits both parties.

Taking delivery of their new company cars from Audi at Lake Tegernsee, the likes of Giulia Gwinn, Klara Bühl and Lea Schüller got to test their new vehicles extensively. Yves Becker-Fahr, head of sales in Germany, is delighted with the recently extended cooperation between Audi and FC Bayern. “We are proud to provide mobility for the FC Bayern players and to support them off the pitch with our vehicles. The partnership stands for shared values such as dynamism, team spirit and top performance – qualities that are crucial in both sport and the automotive world.”

After the handover of the new Audi Q3, which most of the women's team chose, a very special destination was on the agenda for the players: the Faller Gorge Bridge. There, the team faced various challenges designed to help them get to know the cars even better in a fun way. For example, they had to drive the distance of a penalty kick – exactly 11 metres – or set the colours of FC Bayern as quickly as possible using the ambient lighting of the Q3.

The collaboration with Audi is a strong sign of appreciation for us and an important step towards offering our players the best possible conditions.

After the team then returned to Munich, Bianca Rech, FC Bayern Women director, emphasised: “The collaboration with Audi is a strong sign of appreciation for us and an important step towards offering our players the best possible conditions. We share a passion for peak performance and look forward to a successful partnership that goes far beyond the road.”

A total of 26 Audi Q3s, five Audi A3s and one Audi A1 allstreet were handed over to the FC Bayern Women players and staff. The partnership has been in place since 2021, with Audi having cooperated with the club as a whole since 2002. The men's team has also been driving Audis for many years. They took delivery of their new company cars at the beginning of October.
