FC Bayern defender Giulia Gwinn has successfully undergone surgery on her left shoulder. It means the 26-year-old Germany captain will miss the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Norway and Slovenia and focus on her rehab. Gwinn dislocated her shoulder in mid-April in the game between Germany and Austria and played the rest of the season with her shoulder strapped up.
