'Very strong on the counter'

Linda Dallmann: "I played in Essen myself for a number of years and know that they always manage to form a good team with young talents. We've seen in the first two matches that they're very strong on the counter and can surprise with their style of play. Our aim has to be to lose as few balls as possible."

Alexander Straus: "Essen are generally very compact. They're extremely strong on the counter, well organised and can therefore be a danger to us. They made it very difficult for us in our last two meetings in the Bundesliga, especially in the away match, So, we're going into this one with a lot of respect. That said, if we do our job and deliver our performance from training, I'm confident we can come away as winners."
