FC Bayern Basketball's squad for the coming season has recorded its sixth and thus last addition, who is also a good friend: Robin Amaize is returning to Munich as scheduled after a year in Oldenburg. At the same time, the 26-year-old guard extended his contract, which was originally valid through 2021, until summer 2022.
Amaize was a member of the Munich championship team in 2019 and was then loaned to Oldenburg for a year. In the EWE Baskets, the German national player averaged in the Eurocup (7.7 ppg, 44% 3pt) and in the BBL (5.9 ppg).
"I'm happy to be back in Munich and to play basketball for FC Bayern," says Robin Amaize. "I am confident that under the new conditions here I can show my potential even more than in my first year on the court. I'm eager to help the team win many games."
