After a Sunday without practice, the Bavarian basketball players continued their season preparation on Monday, with two training units on the program. After the successful training camp in Bruneck, head coach Andrea Trinchieri's focus is now on two test games this week: On Tuesday afternoon, the Munich team traveled to the Slovenian capital Ljubljana, where the second test against local Adriatic League and EuroCup participant KK Cedevita Olimpija will take place on Wednesday evening (9.9., 18:00.). On Saturday (12.9.) the French EuroCup starter AS Monaco Basket, who are also very ambitious this seaosn, will be a guest in the Audi Dome for a friendly game which will not be open to the public.

Thanks to the support of the hosts, Bayern will be able to offer a live stream of the duel with Ljubljana on their channels. The game at KK Cedevita Olimpija can be watched live on the FCBB website and on the Facebook page (www.facebook.com/fcbbasketball). Tip-off at 18:00.

The teams faced each other in Munich at the end of August already. At that time, the FCBB were still leading in the last quarter before losing 82-74.

"We are still in a process and that is the most important thing," says coach Trinchieri. Due to minor injuries, "we still haven't had all the players on the court at the same time. Unfortunately, this is holding us back a bit and that's why we are still far from being perfect," says the Italian. "But the guys who can train hard do it very well."

The second matchup on Wednesday will serve as the official team presentation in Ljubljana. In the Stožice Arena, which holds 12,500 spectators - 500 fans will be admitted for the Bayern game.

The preliminary preseason plan for FC Bayern Basketball:
