Vertemati and Pijanec complete FCBB squad

FC Bayern Basketball's staff for the upcoming season is complete, with one familiar face and three new additions to head coach Andrea Trinchieri's staff. After one year, his former assistant Adriano Vertemati returns to his compatriot's side in Munich. The Italian had been coach of first division club Varese from summer 2021 until the beginning of the year. Also new is coach Ivan Pijanec, whose last club was Partizan Belgrade.

In the medical department, Thomas Bäuml and Johannes Schoettl (formerly of FCB Women's Soccer) have joined FCBB as new physiotherapists. They succeed Georg Huber and Jörn Rolser. The FCBB would like to thank both of them for their dedication over the past years, as well as the departed Sebastian Lappen (medical team) and Luka Svilar (athletic trainer).
