Euroleague kicks off vs Berlin

The German rivalry as the opening game and then three straight tough road games: The schedule for the new 2023/2024 EuroLeague season is a tough one from Bayern Basketball's point of view, starting for head coach Pablo Laso's team on Thursday, October 5, at 20:30. at home in BMW Park against Alba Berlin.

After the duel between the two German teams in the top division Bayern hits the road and will visit the strengthened Greek title contenders Panathinaikos Athens (Oct. 12), Vítoria (Oct. 17) and at co-favorites FC Barcelona (Oct. 20).

A tough opening schedule

The second home game will also be a highlight, when Turkish title contender Fenerbahce Istanbul comes to Munich on October 27. Partizan Belgrade will visit on Nov. 15, and Efes Istanbul shortly before Christmas. (20.12.). In the first half of the season, the FCBB have home rights only eight times, then nine times in the second half.

SCHEDULE

The EuroLeague will take a longer break in February (Feb. 8 at Partizan, March 1 at home against Red Star Belgrade). The regular season ends on April 12.

Bayern will make its season debut on Friday, Sept. 29, in the BBL against MBC. Single tickets for both competitions go on sale at the beginning of August, while season tickets are already available.
