Bayern opener at the SAP Garden against Real Madrid

Now it's official: The Grand Opening of FC Bayern Basketball at the SAP Garden on Thursday, October 3rd, offers fans a spectacular opponent to kick off the new EuroLeague season with the star-studded ensemble of Real Madrid. The game starts at 8:45 PM, and alongside the highlight match of the Champions League, there will be a large supporting program around the SAP Garden premiere of the double winners, including a surprise concert after the game.

Early Bird Presale for the Grand Opening on July 29

The presale for the Grand Opening in the new super arena on the Munich Olympic Park grounds begins on July 31 at 12 PM – or already on July 29 (12 – 3 PM) for those who secure a place in the digital queue in advance by signing up for the "Early Bird" newsletter.

A guaranteed place at the Grand Opening is also available through EuroLeague or "All In" season tickets (including BMW Park), which are currently available at a discounted price; so far, more than 3,000 season tickets have already been sold.

Eight "Double-Weeks," Second Home Game Against Paris

In the SAP Garden, the second venue of the German champions alongside the established BMW Park, the EuroLeague game days will predominantly take place.

The new EuroLeague schedule includes eight double-game weeks up until April 10. After the opener against Real Madrid, FCBB will play two away games, at Panathinaikos Athens and Partizan Belgrade. The second home game will be on October 17 against EuroCup winner Paris. Defending champion Panathinaikos will visit Munich the day after Christmas, and the first German derby against Berlin will take place at the SAP Garden on November 14.
