Quotes:
FCBB head coach, Dejan Radonjic: "Congratulations to my players and all the best to my colleagues for the future. We came here to win, and we did. Of course, we weren't satisfied with the defense in the middle of the game and already in the second quarter. But I think we did much better in the last quarter. So another good victory for us."

Braydon Hobbs: "We hit a lot of difficult shots in the third quarter and brought the crowd back. In the end, we stepped up on defense and won by 25 points."

Danilo Barthel: "It wasn't an easy game, especially after the Fenerbahçe match. You have to give it your all and be focused. If you go in here and say you're going to win it easily, it can backfire. Especially the players who played less in the EuroLeague threw everything in. So in the end it was relatively safe."

1st quarter:
The Bavarians rotated in their first five: Braydon Hobbs, Nihad Djedovic, Nemanja Dangubic, Danilo Barthel and Devin Booker started for the Munich team. Despite the personnel changes, Dejan Radonjic's men found their way into the game early and Braydon Hobbs and Devin Booker scored the first buckets for Bayern - both from beyond the three-point line. The recenty promoted team picked things up in the middle of the 1st quarter and tied the game at 9-9. After a three from Nihad Dejdovic and Joseph Lawson III, the Bavarians started a 7-0 run. With a successful "And One" Nemanja Dangubic got the last points for the team in the first ten minutes and at the score Bayern led 24-18.

2nd quarter:
Bayern again came out with some fire on offense but also continued to struggle on defense. After Petteri Koponen scored a three, the Munich team was able to bring their lead into the double-digit range for the first time at 32-20. Afterwards Bayern managed almost everything on offense and Danilo Barthel was able to break the 50-point mark after only 18 minutes. The hosts, however, didn't let up and with a lot of passion they were able to get back to eleven points at half time 57-46.

3rd quarter:
After the break, Nemanja Dangubic and Devin Booker scored the first points again before again the Bayern defense failed and with an11-0 run, Crailsheim came back to within one. Petteri Koponen and Nihad Djedovic responded with successful threes and led the FCBB back to a decent seven-point lead. Before the final quarter Bayern again had a lead of ten points at 74-64.

4th quarter:
Bayern took the momentum from the last minutes of the third quarter with them into the final section - the Bavarians were able to increase their defensive power noticeably and allowed only seven points from the hosts in the remaining ten minutes. Danilo Barthel then decided to put the team on his back as the captain scored nine points between the 33rd and 35th minute. One minute later, Derrick Williams took a 20-point lead and made the end clear for the home team. Alex King scored the last points for Bayern and ended with a final score of 96-71.
