After four years at Butler University, he began his professional career in Turkey in 2020 and subsequently played in Göttingen, the NBA G League, Italy, and Spain, among other places. Baldwin impressed in Europe as a versatile scorer and playmaker. He has been under contract with FC Bayern Basketball since 2025 and is expected to strengthen the team in the BBL and EuroLeague.
