The Bayern U18 win the third-place game

As they did last year, Real Madrid won the opening round of the "Adidas Next Generation Tournament" at the Audi Dome in Munich. In the final, Real won 104-88 against the Italian team, Stellazzurra Rome and won confidently after 20 balanced minutes of basketball. A total of around 3,000 spectators came to the Audi Dome over the three days.

The strongly rejuvenated U18 team from Bayern ended the EuroLeague junior tournament with a victory in front of 750 spectators in the third-place game against national rival Ludwigsburg (82-78). After reaching the final two years ago, the team coached by Andreas Wagner thus achieved its second best result and at the same time the second best of a German ANGT team. They celebrated two big wins in the opening round against ZSKA Moscow and Ulm but against Rome they lost the duel in the final on Saturday in front of almost 1,000 spectators.
