By partnering with FC Bayern, soccer clubs gain access to top-tier training methods, international exposure, and exclusive developmental opportunities for players and coaches alike.
Key Components of the Affiliate Program
We provide coaches from our youth academy, the FC Bayern Campus, travelling from Munich to your city to run sessions according to our youth development principles. This is a unique and authentic opportunity to experience first-hand the philosophy of Germany’s most successful soccer club. Starting at U8 level and up, boys and girls, the content of training sessions comes directly from the methodology followed by our own youth teams. Our camps worldwide are connected to our scouting network and individual players can be invited to our yearly “Talent Days” at the FC Bayern Campus.
Coaches Education Program
The partnership goes beyond player development to include extensive resources for coaches. Monthly calls in the context of coaches education are included with affiliation. This way we can follow-up together on player development and training activities. Additionally, FC Bayern Coaches visit the Academies in the USA for two weeks for a thorough educational program, with theory and practical sessions. This will ensure that our official FC Bayern Academies are compliant with our coaching philosophy according to the FC Bayern Campus way of working.
Munich Travel Experience for Players
This immersive experience allows players to visit the FC Bayern Campus, train at world-class facilities, and observe how elite soccer players prepare and compete at the highest level. They’ll also have the chance to tour the Allianz Arena and attend Bundesliga matches*, offering them a first-hand look at the professionalism and culture that defines FC Bayern.

Technical Visits for Coaches
Coaches from affiliate clubs are invited to take part in coaching clinics and seminars led by Bayern’s experts digitally and on site in Munich. These programs cover everything from modern training techniques, tactical evolution, to sports psychology, ensuring that affiliated coaches are equipped to nurture and develop talent using the same methodologies employed at Bayern’s famed youth academy. By enhancing their coaching abilities, clubs can raise the overall standard of their own programs.
International Tournaments
Affiliated Clubs and Academies have the right to host tournaments in the context of the international U16 series the FC Bayern Youth Cup. Besides generating revenue for the partnership, our tournaments together are the gateway into the elite programs of the FC Bayern Pathway. Participants have the opportunity to be chosen by FC Bayern scouts to participate in the U16 FC Bayern Youth Cup World Final. If chosen, the next step will allow players to be part of the Global Academy and the World Squad.
