Our commitment to youth football development around the world begins with those who make it happen: the coaches. The cornerstone of the FC Bayern Pathway is educating them so they can implement our methodology year-round in their countries of origin.
Partners joining the FC Bayern Coaches Education Programme have the privilege of having access to the FC Bayern Campus way of working, directly from our academy coaches. We offer the possibility of running the programme abroad or take it to the next level and bring coaches to experience our work first-hand in Munich.
Coaches participate in theory classes as well as practical sessions on the pitch, covering all subject areas our own FC Bayern Campus staff apply on a daily basis.
