Real held to draw by Bilbao
It was a disappointing night for Real Madrid in their final game before the first leg of their Champions League semi-final against Bayern next Wednesday. The Spanish champions were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Athletic Bilbao. Despite dominating the match, they needed a late equaliser from the world's best player Cristiano Ronaldo to rescue a point after Inaki Williams had given the visitors the lead in the 14^th^ minute. Other than Casemiro and Gareth Bale, coach Zinedine Zidane fielded a full-strength team. Real are not in action this weekend, so they can focus fully on preparing for the clash with FCB.
