There’s no rest for most of Bayern’s players following Saturday’s Klassiker against Borussia Dortmund as they head off to join their national teams, with many competing in the final group games of the UEFA Nations League. Find out who has been called up and where they’re going here:
Germany: Gnabry, Goretzka, Kimmich, Neuer, Sané
Joachim Löw has once again shown faith in his Bayern core for the upcoming three matches, nominating five FCB players in captain Manuel Neuer, Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka, Serge Gnabry and Leroy Sané. The treble winners will join Germany’s fight for the Nations League finals in Group A4. The four-time world champions are currently second on six points and host Ukraine, level on points in third, in Leipzig on Saturday, 14 November (8.45pm CET). Three days later on Tuesday, 17 November, they head to Sevilla to take on leaders Spain (8.45pm CET). Due to the high workload in the past few weeks, Löw has agreed not to field Bayern players in the preceding friendly against the Czech Republic on Wednesday, 11 November (8.45pm CET). The five FCB men will join the team after that.
France: Coman, Hernandez, Pavard, Tolisso
The world champions once again have a strong core of treble winners in their team, with four Bayern players featuring among the 26-man France squad (Benjamin Pavard, Lucas Hernandez, Corentin Tolisso and Kingsley Coman). Following the friendly at home to Finland on Wednesday, 11 November (9.10pm CET), Les Bleus head to Lisbon for their decisive Nations League clash with Group A3 leaders Portugal. The pair go into the game on Saturday, 14 November (8.45pm CET) level on points at the top, before Didier Deschamps’ side close out the group stage back at home to Sweden on Tuesday, 17 November (8.45pm CET).
Poland: Lewandowski
Led by captain Robert Lewandowski, Poland are looking to book their place in the finals of the Nations League. Following their friendly against Ukraine in Chorzow on Wednesday, 11 November (8.45pm CET), the leaders of Group A1 head to Reggio Emilia to face nearest challengers Italy on Sunday, 15 November (8.45pm CET) before seeing out the stage back in Chorzow against the Netherlands on Wednesday, 18 November (8.45pm CET).

Austria: Alaba
David Alaba and Austria begin the November internationals with a friendly in Luxembourg on Wednesday, 11 November (8.30pm CET) before focus turns to the Nations League and promotion to League A. Their two home games see the leaders of Group B1 host bottom side Northern Ireland on Sunday, 15 November (8.45pm CET) ahead of their showdown with Norway, currently tied on points, on Wednesday, 18 November (8.45pm CET).
Cameroon: Choupo-Moting
Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and Cameroon face a doubleheader against Mozambique during the international break. The pair currently top Group F of qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations on four points each and are battling it out for top spot, although The Indomitable Lions have already qualified as hosts. The first game sees Choupo-Moting & Co. host in Douala on Thursday, 12 November (5pm CET) before they cross the continent for the return game in Maputo on Monday, 16 November (5pm CET).
USA: Richards
Bayern’s 20-year-old defender Chris Richards has been called up by the USMNT for the first time. Gregg Berhalter’s side are in Swansea to face Wales in a friendly on Thursday, 12 November (8.45pm CET) before the Stars and Stripes take on Panama in Wiener Neustadt, Austria on Monday, 16 November (8.45pm CET).
England U21: Musiala
Jamal Musiala is away with England’s U21s as they round off qualification for the 2021 European U21 Championship with two home games in Wolverhampton against Andorra on Friday, 13 November (8.30pm CET/7.30pm GMT) and Albania on Tuesday, 17 November (8.25pm CET/7.25pm GMT). The Young Lions lead Group 3 by seven points over Austria and have already booked their place in next summer’s tournament.
