FC Bayern begin pre-season for the 2021/22 campaign with performance tests on 5 and 6 July before the first training session on 7 July. Prior to the season’s first competitive fixture in the first round of the DFB Cup (6-9 August), new head coach Julian Nagelsmann and his team will contest four friendly matches. The first is against 1. FC Köln on 17 July in Villingen, before three games at the Allianz Arena. They comprise the Audi Football Summit against Ajax on 24 July as part of the Audi Summer Tour. That is followed by the visits of Borussia Mönchengladbach on 28 July and the second Audi Football Summit against SSC Napoli on 31 July.
FC Bayern’s friendly fixtures:
17 July vs. 1. FC Köln
Kick-off: 16.00 CEST in Villingen (MS Technologie-Arena).
The match will be shown live and for free in Germany exclusively on MagentaTV and all MagentaSport platforms. 6,000 fans will be allowed in to watch the game. Ticket sales start on Wednesday, 7 July at 12.00 CEST. Further information will be published from next Monday on the FC 08 Villingen club website (www.fcvillingen.de).
24 July Audi Football Summit vs. Ajax
Kick-off: 16.30 CEST at the Allianz Arena.
The match will be shown live in Germany by RTL and MagentaTV.
28 July vs. Borussia Mönchengladbach
Kick-off: 18.00 CEST at the Allianz Arena.
The match will be shown live and for free in Germany exclusively on MagentaTV and on all MagentaSport platforms.
31 July Audi Football Summit vs. SSC Napoli
Kick-off: 16.30 CEST at the Allianz Arena.
The match will be shown live in Germany by RTL and MagentaTV.
Important information about tickets for the friendly matches at the Allianz Arena: According to the Bavarian Infection Control Order, up to 1,500 spectators are currently allowed at football matches - the 2020 European Championship matches in Munich were exempt from this regulation as a pilot project. At the moment, the extent of the pandemic situation at the end of July cannot be known. If you would like a ticket, you can submit an inquiry to the webshop (https://tickets.fcbayern.com/internetverkaufanfragen/start.aspx). The club will inform all interested parties by e-mail as soon as reliable information about spectator capacity and event regulations is available.
