After a few days off, Bayern began their preparations on Tuesday for Friday’s derby away at Augsburg. Serge Gnabry and Jamal Musiala were both involved after their period of self-isolation. Joshua Kimmich missed the training session because of a personal matter. Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is away with the Cameroon national team ahead of their crucial World Cup qualifier against Ivory Coast on Tuesday.
Neuer in training
Players who have been away with their national teams will return to club training over the course of the week. Captain Manuel Neuer came back to Munich early and was training with the team already on Tuesday. Leon Goretzka completed an individual session.
