Jamal Musiala once again made his mark at Bayern last month, further cementing his place among the club’s fans. And you voted the 19-year-old as the FC Bayern Player of the Month for the second time this season, to go with his August award.

Impact from the bench
The Germany international earned 30% of votes from fans to finish ahead of Robert Lewandowski (19%) and Thomas Müller (15%). Musiala featured in all seven of Bayern’s fixtures in April, having a particular impact from the bench. He twice got his name on the scoresheet, first in the 3-0 win at Arminia Bielefeld and then to wrap up the Bundesliga title with the final strike in the 3-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund.

“This 10th title in a row is a special one for all of us because it’s one for the record books. I’m proud to have played my part,” the nimble midfielder said on Sunday when he had the honour of bringing the Bundesliga Meisterschale to the FC Bayern Museum.
