Round-up of Bayern’s winter training camp

Bayern were out in Doha from 6 to 12 January 2023 preparing for the second half of the season. But the seven days weren’t just about strenuous training. fcbayern.com was there for every step and has some of the highlights from the winter training camp.

High spirits while training hard

There was little rest for Thomas Müller, Jamal Musiala and the rest of the team over the week. They had intense training, morning endurance runs and demanding gym sessions as coach Julian Nagelsmann got his squad fit for the rest of the season. Despite the packed schedule, Bayern still found time for plenty of fun and enjoyed their stint at the Aspire Academy. You can see some of the best moments in the photos below.

Bayern meets Bayern

Nagelsmann’s team weren’t the only Bayern squad out in Qatar, as FC Bayern Women also made the journey to prepare for the remainder of their season. After a simultaneous training session, the two sets of players and coaches came together to talk and even a souvenir photo with both squads.
