France enjoyed a hugely one-sided victory in their EURO qualifier at home to Gibraltar on Saturday evening. Les Bleus won by a record scoreline of 14-0 in Nice, with Bayern duo Kingsley Coman (66 minutes) and Dayot Upamecano (81 minutes) both in the starting XI. Coman netted the sixth and ninth goals. The thumping victory ensured France, who had already qualified for next summer's tournament, maintained their perfect record with seven wins from seven games in qualifying. Coman and Co round off their campaign against Greece in Athens on Tuesday.

Davies and Canada triumph in Jamaica

Davies and the Canadian national team won 2-1 in the first leg of their CONCACAF Nations League quarter-final against Jamaica on Saturday. Jonathan David put the Canadians in front in first-half stoppage time in Kingston, which was cancelled out by Shamar Nicholson in the 56th minute. Canada had the final say, though, Stephen Eustáquio scoring on 86 minutes to give them a one-goal advantage in the tie. Davies started and came off in added time.
