Over 325,000 people turned out for Christopher Street Day (CSD) – and FC Bayern was right in the thick of it with its 'Red against Racism' initiative alongside its fan club 'QUEERPASS Bayern'. The FCB mascots Berni and Mia were also in demand for selfies on Saturday, while Georgia Stanway was also celebrated. The two-time German champion and English EURO winner carried the 'QUEERPASS' banner with this year's motto "The game is never over: Together for diversity" through Munich city centre together with Bayern's head of women's football Bianca Rech.

This year's CSD motto was "United in diversity - together against the right", and with over 200 registered groups, the event was bigger than ever. 'QUEERPASS' once again enriched the CSD with a performance flanked by tireless flag waving, during which the 90 participants once again made two stops along the four-kilometre route to send red and white confetti into the white and blue sky to the applause of the people at the roadside. Also taking part this year were employees of the German record champions and two members of the KIT crisis intervention team, with whom FC Bayern implements its 'Obacht' awareness concept at its home matches in the Allianz Arena.

Before the parade set off, Munich's mayor Dieter Reiter stopped by the 'QUEERPASS' float as in previous years. Together with sports mayor Verena Dietl, he took a joint photo and was also presented with a shirt from the fan club. Minister of State Claudia Roth also posed for a photo. In the evening hours of Saturday and Sunday, the Allianz Arena was once again lit up in rainbow colours this year to raise awareness of tolerance and cosmopolitanism. 'QUEERPASS Bayern' has 123 members and the fan club will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2026.

FC Bayern's 'Red against Racism' programme was also present for two days in recent weeks in the Fan Zone for the home European Championship in the Olympic Park and at the City of Munich's foundation festival. Here, sporting activities were used to promote encounters between a wide variety of visitors, while guests from all over the world were also able to test their knowledge on the topic of exclusion and measures for living together in a special anti-discrimination quiz developed by the German record champions' diversity initiative.
