Light jogging, stretching and some ball drills with a small goal About six hours after landing in Seoul, coach Vincent Kompany led the FC Bayern squad through their first training session at the Goyang Stadium on Thursday afternoon South Korean time. In a gentle session of light jogging, stretching and some ball drills with a small goal, it was primarily about the players acclimatising to the conditions which they can expect until Sunday.
Hot and humid
Around 30 minutes from the team's hotel in the South Korean capital, with temperatures of over 30 degrees and high humidity of 80 percent, the conditions were quite different to the situation over 8,500 kilometres away at home. Meanwhile, the training facilities on site are excellent with the pitch in very good condition.
