Guided tours take place daily, including Sundays and national holidays (except Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day). Arena tours do not take place FC Bayern home match days and during special events.

Safe lockers are available for visitors in the foyer of the FC Bayern Museum. They are emptied every evening, so any forgotten items will be removed and can be retrieved at the lost property office at the information counter of the Allianz Arena.

Our daycare center (="Spielwelt") is open for children between the ages of 3 and 9. Trained caretakers will be monitoring the area daily during normal opening hours, so your child will be taken care of for free. The area can be accessed via stairway E, or on level 3, next to the Arena Bistro.

Wheelchair users have barrier-free access to pathways leading from the centre/north bus parking lot via the Esplanade to the large promenade on Level 2. From there you have access to the elevators marked "Lift FC Bayern Museum / Arena Touren", which will take you to the foyer of the Museum on Level 3, as well as to our indoor-beer garden ("Paulaner Fantreff Nord").
Barrier-free transportation is possible within the FC Bayern Museum and throughout the Level 3 area. The exit for wheelchair users and pushchairs is elevator T4 in the FC Bayern Store on Level 2.The 75-minute “Handicapped Tour” of the Allianz Arena was designed specifically for wheelchair users, mobility impaired visitors and seniors.
You will be guided comfortably through the various levels of the stadium via elevator, and can experience the wonders of the Allianz Arena from multiple perspectives. Some areas of the Arena may be closed off for security purposes or during certain events.

Individual tickets
Visitors can purchase and pick up tickets for the FC Bayern Museum and Arena Tours in the foyer of the FC Bayern Museum on Level 3, which can be accessed via stairway L.

You can purchase FCB Museum vouchers for different price categories. They are only valid for products of the FC Bayern Museum / Arena Tours, and cannot be transferred to other services offered by FC Bayern München AG (such as fan articles, match tickets, etc.)
The printed voucher is NOT a valid entrance ticket. If you have received a voucher please contact the above service number before your visit for information regarding the expected number of visitors for that day.
Other vouchers (such as gift vouchers for FC Bayern München AG) cannot be exchanged for FCB Museum or arena tour tickets, as they are not valid for this purpose.

An audio guide system is available to visitors of the FC Bayern Museum. The audio guide service costs €3/person. The audio guide can be booked online or via our call centre, or can be rented at the ticket desk. It is available in various languages. Please check our website for your preferred language.

In our new Online-World we automatically create a user account for you, as soon as you completed a registration process. In this process you can decide, if you want to activate your user account by entering a password.

The creation of a user account occurs with a registration. You can create a new user account through the Login-Section. One other simple way to register for a user account is to sign up for the newsletter or participate in an online campaign. Furthermore, a registration takes place in all processes, where you allow us to save your personal data.

Please make sure that you are trying to log in with the correct e-mail address and password, and not with the activation code. The system cannot recognise spelling mistakes! If you have entered everything correctly and still cannot log in, please send us an email to service@fcbayern.com with your e-mail address so we may check your account.

If you forgot your password, you can use the function “forgot password” in order to reset your password. To do so, you have to enter your e-mail address and klick on “reset”. You will receive an e-mail with the subject “reset password – activation link”. In this e-mail you get an activation link. If you click on the activation link your password is reset and you will receive another e-mail with the subject “reset password – generated password”. In this e-mail you get a generated password. You can use this generated password for your next log in. With the next log in you have to change your password.

Once the transaction has taken place you will receive confirmation of your reservation via email, which will include your reservation number, your print@home ticket(s), our General Terms and Conditions and an invoice for your record.

The print@home ticket will be sent to the requested email address. On demand the ticket can also be deposited in the foyer of the FC Bayern Museum on the day of the visit. The ticket cannot be delivered by postal delivery.

Indoor-beer garden "Paulaner Fantreff Nord" is at the north end of the foyer of the FCB Museum.
Guided tours start from here. Reservations cannot be made on match days or non-match days.
The beer garden offers a typical selection of Bavarian delicacies with a beer garden atmosphere.

The Arena Bistro is located at the southern end of the FC Bayern Store. You can access the Bistro on Level 2 via stairways E and F. The selection ranges from snacks, such as pizza, pasta, sandwiches, etc., to cakes, pastries and coffee. There is also a self-service area. The Bistro also includes a Mövenpick Premium Ice Cream Store.

This coffee bar is available to visitors inside the FC Bayern Museum. The café offers a selection of beverages and bite-sized snacks to go with your coffee.
Allianz Arena

- Weapons, aerosol spray cans, pressurised gas containers, corrosive or staining substances, or other items which are suited and intended to harm other persons or cause property damage
- Beverages (0.5 litres or more), cups, mugs, bottles or cans made of fragile, splintering, or particularly hard materials
- Bulky items. This includes items which endanger the health of other stadium visitors by the nature of the item, or items which can be used to endanger others if misused, such as banners and flags, ladders, bar stools, folding chairs, and boxes or crates
- Flags (1.50 m or more) and banners with slogans which encourage criminal activities or violate common courtesy
- Alcoholic beverages of any kind
- It is not permitted to bring animals (e.g. dogs) into the Allianz Arena on match days or non-match days

The car park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on match days it is open from 08:00 AM onwards.
The stadium opens 2 hours before the start of the match.

The ArenaCard can be acquired at the Allianz Arena on match days. 48 cash registers are available in the south of the Arena, as well as 6 in the north. There are also 50 mobile ArenaCard vendors and charging stations throughout the Arena.
