Vouchers
You can purchase vouchers for the FCB Museum/Arena Tours. They are only valid for the specified service and cannot be transferred to other FC Bayern München AG services (e.g. fan products, matchday tickets, etc.).
The vouchers must be exchanged for valid tickets for the FCB Museum/Arena Tours at the box offices, via the online booking function or by calling our Service Team (+49 89 699 31-222). The voucher printout itself does NOT entitle the holder to admission. In this case, please call the above service number before your visit to find out the approximate number of visitors for that day.
Other vouchers (e.g. FC Bayern München AG vouchers) cannot be redeemed for FCB Museum tickets and Arena Tours. They are not valid here.
