120 years of FC Bayern is something that has to be celebrated! And that's why on Thursday, 27 February 2020, we have a gift for all those who want to spend this very special day with the record German champions. On this day only, entry to the FC Bayern Museum will be free of charge! So young and old, residents of Munich or visitors, fans of FC Bayern or anyone who's just curious can take advantage of this unique offer and immerse themselves in the 120-year history of the club at absolutely no cost.
An emotional journey through time from 1900 to today
What happened back then when the club was founded at Café Gisela? Why was FC Bayern considered an artists' club in the early years? What did the first shirts look like? And where were achievements celebrated? The time around 1900, the founding year is itself worth a special look. Both the permanent exhibition and the recently extended special exhibition "Between the Studio and Pitch. The Founders of FC Bayern Munich" is dedicated to the early years of the club's stirring history. No less exciting is the journey up to the great triumphs of the recent past. The FC Bayern Museum offers a special kind of time travel, lovingly prepared and equally interesting for all age groups.
Free tickets for the museum are available at the on-site ticket office.
